At 8 a.m. the gumbo cookoff check-in will be taking place near the gator cage (cookoff is open to anyone who wishes to enter, just go to www.ponchatoulafootball.com for an entry form and info.) At 10 a.m. live music will begin with the Todd O'Neal Band, then the Kelly Watts Band, then Tyler Jenkins, then Brittney Jenkins, then Mike Liuzza and then, around 2:15 p.m Ponchatoula's own Brandon Ben- nett doing his "Elvis My Way Show" that he performs live in Vegas. That is just some of the entertainment for the day. Around 11 a.m. the gumbo will be going on salefor only $2 a bowl, beer will be on sale for $2, all other drinks will be $1, with all proceeds going to the Bryce McKinney Family. Bryce will be there to meet an greet and thank all who have helped him an his family, so please come by and meet the young man and his parents. Dennis Bardwell will be drawing the 30 winning tickets around 1:30 p.m. near the gator cage and it will all be on FPTV.
