Robin Morgan and Aaron Egnew repeated the strategy winning 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 in the first match of the mixed doubles round but lost the second match to Destrehan 6-4, 6-3. In first seed men's singles, Brett Chatelain netted a 6-2, 7-5 victory over Franklinton's Ben Abernathy but was defeated by Mandeville in the second match 6-2, 6-3.
