on September 25 to provide medical
and patient care of the highest quality.

We are also a health care center
dedicated to helping you and your family
achieve and maintain better health. To
that end, we've introduced several special
services to the community.
An important part of our hospital
is a large meeting room where health
education classes, programs in exercise
and wellness, and other activities will be
held. The professionals on our staff
can share their knowledge in
areas beyond traditional
hospital care. Many of you
have already told us what
progan you want,
we're preparing now to
put your suggestions
into action.
Another ser-
vice we offer is same-day
surgery. This cost-effective
method may be just what your doctor
orders if your operation is appropriate for
day surgery and does not require over-
night hospitalization.
The surgery is perfomaed early in
the morning. After a rest under the
watchM eye of the nurses in the
special recovery room, you are
discharged from the hospital
to complete your recovery
in your own home. From '
easy pre-registration to
our check-up call the
next day, this simple pro-
cedure will help make a
needed operation as convenient
and comfortable as possible.
Also in the interest of our patients'
..-- comfort, we have pro-
vided all-private rooms
at Westpark. So you can
have visitors when you
want them, and quiet privacy
i at other times. All our rooms
are decorated to help you feel
more at home, too. We've se-
lected attractive furnishings
and pictures for each room,
and given you plenty of space to
put your things from home. Many
of our rooms overlook landscaped court-
yards, and all have private bathrooms,
and telephone and TV included at no
additional charge.
