Late last Thursday morning,
the city's infrastructure sus-
tained damage to one of its large
water mains near the intersec-
tion of US 51 and LA 22 due to
NTS work on the city right-of-
ways (see related story).
The Ponchatoula Times has
requested information from
the mayor's office regarding
what compensation the citizens
should expect from the giant
utility for the use of city prop-
erty.
No information has yet been
received from the Zabbia ad-
ministration.
