Friends and relatives celebrated the occasion in apppopriate attire in the midst of authentic decor, in and around the Jackson's pool. The wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 17, 1985 at 6:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Ponchatoula. The couple, both students at Southeastern, will-reside in a one hundred year cajun cottage in Butlerville west of Ponchatoula. Friends and family are invited. S.N. Fitzmorris home named Garden of the Month recipient Gardenettes awarded Garden of the Month honors to Mr. and Mrs S.N Fitzmorris, 337 South First Street, for the month of July. Mrs. Robert Rosson, committee chair- man, called the yard "simple but pretty" as she placed the traveling plaque on the FitzmOrris' lawn. The couple received a gift certificate from Tucker's Nursery. Although there were many yards that qualified from the standpoint of planting. many were disqualified due to lack of grooming, said Rosson. Points were deducted for unmown lawns and tall weeds. The Fitzmorrises have geraniums, begonias, caladiums and dusty millers, besides their azaleas and rose shrubs.
