Color Out Cancer Run/Walk Event ("event") to be held on
Saturday, November 2, 2013, is a potentially hazardous
activity, and I should not enter or otherwise participate
unless I am medically able and properly prepared and/or
trained. I agree to abide by any decision of event ofr~cials
relative to my ability to safely compete or a~ssist in this
event I assume all risks associated with running, .partici-
pating and/or volunteering to work in the event including,
but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the
effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity,
and the conditions of the road and traffic on'the course, with
all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having
read this Authorization and Waiver and knowing these facts
and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry far run-
ning, participating and/or volunteering, I, for myself and for
anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all
event officials, organizers, volunteers and sponsors as well
ast their employees, principals, representatives and succes-
sors, from any and all claims or liabilities of any kind a[ising
out of my participation in this event though such liability

the persons named in this waiver. I agree to hold all such
persons harmless from any claims, actions, causes of ac-
